    GeoPos module of mob1serv allows you to easily add GoogleMaps + social functionality to your application / game.

    Basically our API allows you to let users see each other and other objects on the integrated Google Map.

    This way, we take care of server side providing you with rich functionality and having your data secured with the help of OAuth.

    Easy to use admin panel is included.

    Xcode (iPhone SDK) implementation samples are provided.

    Features

    Our GeoPos module allows to:

    • store positions of users and objects for your Google Map implementation
    • objects may have custom fields such as attribute, status messages
    • if it’s a user’s location, it has a record when he/she was last seen online
    • you may build chat / PM interfaces for your users to send messages to other users nearby using the status message attribute of this module + push notifications functionality of PushNote module!
    • you may store photos for user’s profiles using our Blobs module!
    • you may classify map objects into categories and add custom controls to filter our markers of different categories at Google Map!
    • Use case #1: football fans seeing each other on the map, sending messages agreeing to meet in the pub, chatting over the map etc
    • Use case #2: company tracking the location of its trucks / agents, managing their cargos delivery
