Hi again friends, wanted to update you with few things regarding our nearest plans.

Literally no time to upload all the new stuff here because of preparation to Geek’n'Rolla but after the event we are going to:

    • upload an extended High Scores example, powered with OpenGL, featuring country flags, fancy scroller, highlighting etc
    • upload a Map+Chat+IM concept example, you’re gonna like it! will allow you to build much more interesting and interactive apps and involve your users into communication over GoogleMap!
    • will announce the Android libraries release date (some time soon, once we finish migration of old services to Ruby)
    • Roll out a new admin panel with improved functionality and nice looking design. It’s ready, but again waiting for all services to migrate to Ruby
    • Announce some more exciting news and modules

And here is how our new admin panel looks like:

  • A simpler installation process

Posted on March 24th, 2010 Taras Filatov No comments

Hi All, we are pleased to announce that we have managed to simplify the installation process so it now only takes about 3 minutes to connect mob1serv libraries to your existing Xcode project.

The Quick Install page has been updated therefore and a new video guide has been prepared for you.

Currently the HSConnector package is available for HighScores module only, as it’s the most popular. Tomorrow all the libraries will be updated and you may download them in corresponding modules’ pages.

Thanks to all developers and publishers who are using the mob1serv already and welcome aboard those who are thinking of adopting it.

Any questions you have or need assistance with installation – please use our Service Desk, getSatisfaction site or Google group.

  • Launch

Posted on February 25th, 2010 Taras Filatov No comments

The project is officially launched as of now. Hooray!

No doubt there will be some bugs / glitches but we’ll do our best to fix issues as soon as they appear and we are there to help developers start using the libraries and modules.

And it is also helps that a number of developers are already using the Mob1serv modules since alpha stage and they are happy with the service.

So we hope mobile developers enjoy it and will be quick with their feedback.

  • Launch and server scripts optimization

Posted on February 22nd, 2010 Taras Filatov No comments

We’re actively preparing for official launch next week. The Quick install website page has been added to assist those developers who want to start using mob1serv services. Also uploading source code examples, libraries, re-vamping the website etc.

Have started the Facebook page of mob1serv and a Twitter account too, please fan / follow and help us spread the word among other iPhone / Android developers so that they can start using our great suite of services and we improve them together and build awesome apps!

Also check our Youtube and Vimeo channels, that’s where all the instruction videos or examples of implementations will be uploaded.

Good news for Android devs – we have started developing the Android libraries and they will be available within weeks.

Also, migrating the server to a new optimized platform which means quicker work and stable performance especially in such cases where it’s important to have zero delay, such as Push Notifications module which has become popular lately and is sending thousands of push notifications every day.

We are excited to think about how many iPhone / Android devs will join us in using mob1serv soon!

  • Active development

Hi Happy New Year to everyone!

Just so that you all know, we are all in development of new version of mob1serv.com. What is coming, in short:

    • New modules – PushNotes is already there, OAuth Contracter is in beta testing and GeoPos is soon to be launched for beta!
    • An improved SDK for client side – there is going to be a single library for all services + additional libraries for each module. New architecture is easier to understand and quick to use.
    • Improved support and manuals – our Google group is already running, along with Customer satisfaction site, also we are actively supporting users over e-mail currently. After new versions are rolled out, we will post the code samples, videos and API descriptions for each module to ensure you have everything to start the work and employ our services quickly.

Everything is going in background so all those who have already registered are not affected and continue to enjoy our service and provide additional functionality and therefore added value to their apps at no cost!

We plan to roll out the next version in early February, stay tuned or join the beta testing now!

  • Mob1serv.com beta version launched: online high scores module is live, iPhone sample provided!

Posted on November 26th, 2009 Taras Filatov No comments

Hi so we have launched the mob1serv.com for beta testing so if you’re developer looking to improve your iPhone game with online high scores feature then you’re more than welcome to start using our service.

Join our developers team or just use the service at your convenience. It is free and will remain so.

There might be still some glitches as it is still a beta version but we are using it for our clients for months already and it works great, so let’s make it an openly available service!

It is very much appreciated if you send us your feedback and help spread the word about mob1serv.com!

    Thanks

    Developers team from Injoit.com.

P.S. to start using the HighScores module, visit “Manuals and downloads” section, it’s all explained there along with video guides and XCode sample.

P.P.S. PushNote and GeoPos modules are coming soon, subscribe to our RSS (see under “Meta” in sidebar to the right) to be the first to know!
